Hermes discovers the Honeycomb MCP server from its registered tool list. Capture happens automatically on each agent turn; recall is injected as a tool response before the agent proceeds. The shared store is the same one every other harness writes to, one memory, one daemon.
Install
honeycomb install --harness hermes Installs the harness adapter and registers it with the local daemon at 127.0.0.1:3850.
Whichever harness captures a turn, every other harness recalls it, one store, one daemon, loopback only.
